Returns Policy

At Mom Cards, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of our greeting cards. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward returns policy to ensure your peace of mind.

1. Returns Eligibility

  • Items must be returned within 90 days of receipt.
  • The items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.
  • Custom or personalised greeting cards are not eligible for returns unless they are faulty or damaged.

2. How to Return an Item

1. Contact Us: Before returning an item, please contact our Customer Service team at info@momcards.co.uk with your order number and details of the item you wish to return.

2. Return Authorisation: Once we have approved your return, we will provide you with a return authorisation number and instructions on how to send your item back to us.

3. Return Shipping: You will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or damaged. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

3. Refunds

  • Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 14 business days.
  • Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or damaged.

4. Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a faulty or damaged item for the same product, please contact us at info@momcards.co.uk with your order number and details of the issue.

5. Faulty or Damaged Items

  • If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with your order number, a description of the issue, and, if possible, photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

6. Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom or personalised greeting cards
  • Sale or clearance items
